Facebook has released a new version of its app for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch. The update adds new commenting and group administration features. The update brings about a handful of new features, including the ability to reply directly to comments on certain pages and more.
Aside from that, administrators will now be able to review and approve posts by group members, and everyone will see posts related to the site’s trending topics highlighted in the iPad version’s News Feed.
Earlier today, Facebook announced another new feature that will soon be hitting iOS called ‘Nearby Friends.’ Similar to the Find My Friends app, the feature will notify users when their friends are close by.
