The Acer beTouch E140 is an equally smart, compact, a 12.8-millimeter thin Android 2.2 Froyo phone with a borderless 2.8-inch QVGA resistive touch screen display, 3.2MP camera, a 600MHz processor, GPS, and multiple connectivity options including support for HSDPA, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.
The design of the Acer beTouch E140 and its dimensions (4.11 x 2.20 x 0.50) are similar to what we have already experienced with other low-end Android handsets like the T-Mobile Comet and the Samsung Galaxy 5.
It comes equipped with a Qualcomm 7227 processor, an updated JavaScript engine, high-speed Wi-Fi/3G/Bluetooth connectivity, eye-popping Acer UI widgets and all the flexibility of the open-source Android system. It also comes with built-in Internet, Gmail, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Google Talk and multimedia streaming (Spinlets) and playback (NemoPlayer) apps.
